Believe In The Impossible.

How we view life and the future can really impact our moods. We all have problems. And if we think nothing can ever get better then we will truly be setting ourselves up for being depressed. Doesn’t take much to make that a problem. It is so easy to let the job, home, family, income or so much more get us down. To sit and be upset that one’s career will never get better can really depressed. So how do we combat that problem? We might not be able to change every problem. But it doesn’t mean things can improve. We can see that in life all the time. There are so many doomsday prophets that end up wrong. And to accept their view can really add to the problem of depression.

So that means to keep a hopeful spirit. Go ahead imagine something truly amazing can happen. Oh it might just be a wish, but it sure can improve the spirit. Providing we take the time to honestly believe it. Test the barriers set by some people’s words. Miracles happen more often than some care to believe. And that will be a good option to look at I terms of the times we just get up. Sitting at home after a hard day at work and letting it depress is not going to help that mood. Thinking there is nothing that can ever change will also be a problem. It can be like wearing an anchor when sinking in the sea, which will not make things any better.

So how do we rise above the problem? Do we need to become a kid again who believes in magic? Still it might not really make the difference for some. Yet it can’t hurt. However, maybe the better option is to reach out beyond one’s problems. To look at what in life can be improved. And then seek the ways it can happen. How many times does life just get us down and all we do is sit and feel miserable? We never ask what can we change? We never take time to stop and really look or think of changes.

This might not bring us direct answers. Yet it can help in term of what we think about. Those depressing dark moods will only get worse when all we do is sit back and feel sorry for ourselves. Then when we can look forward what a blessing it can be. What a joy when we see something on the horizon we didn’t see before. That will never harm our view.

One can spent all day in a closet. One can keep the door closed and light off. Yet if we dream in that time and not let it get us down then we can find wings in the midst of that sadness. How that can bless and be such a joy if we let it move us out of any dark and to a place of happiness. It all starts with a few steps when we try.
