    • Stay focused on goals to aid in beating depression
    • Try to plan out daily activities and keep them less stressful
    • Reserve any major decision making for good days

      There are also alternative depression treatments that an individual is able to research to see if it will be a possibility. This is not for those individuals who suffer from a very deep depression.       Most individuals do not suffer from severe depression and regular office visits with their medical physician and entering into a group therapy will also help the individual to overcome the mild depression and once again feel comfortable being outside the home. Keeping family members and close friends involved in the individual’s interests will also be a helping hand for the individual.
