Not sleep through the night , and getting up earlier then needed will result in fatigue through the day. Naps in the middle of the day , when you never used to do that is another sign of depression.
Thoughts of hopelessness, harming oneself, or suicide. These signs are the most clear when it comes to a depression disorder. A feeling of worthlessness or wanting to harm yourself, or any feelings of suicide are extremely serious warning signs and the person should seek help immediately.
