diane, et al.. Am sorry that you are in so much p*in.
we have experienced similar. does a heating pad perhaps help? We have a rice pillow – it’s a pillow stuffed with 3-5lbs. of rice that you can then throw in the microwave and heat for 2-3 min and it’s all toasty warm and has this homey smell to it too.
Since it’s filled with rice it conforms to shapes nicely and helps us. *gentle hugs* if ok. We hope you’re feeling much much better soon. we were using our mom’s, and gave it back to her just last week. :-( We have a rice pillow – it’s a pillow stuffed with 3-5lbs. of rice that you can then throw in the microwave and heat for 2-3 min and it’s all toasty warm and has this homey smell to it too.

this sounds very nice. we are going out tomorrow, and think maybe we’ll get a heating pad, and something similar to this. actually, the outside pain feels like it needs ice…it’s a very strange feeling pain to us. *gentle hugs* if ok. We hope you’re feeling much much better soon.
