If you are lonely and depressed like me then this is where i go

– Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Hi Everybody Im thinking off some proper post soon as i only found this group today and i use to be very screwed up and depressed , almost manically but basicly im fine now and have a job am happy lots of real close supportive freinds and i good active social life and more importantly a real sence of purpose and well bieng to my life. Anyway one of the few thing that realy helped me was to stop isting to depressing music when i felt real down ( ie every fucking day )  so i advocate listening to some real happy uplifting hard house or some down and dirty drum n bass and DANCE ( releases seretonin in your brain , just like ‘happy drugs’ ) and aslo nobodys mentioned a herb called St Jhons Wort ( funny name huh) wich I swear is excellent for comating depression , worked well 4 me ).

Not ture.  I took it for months and I didn’t see any positive changes for my depression.  It might work differently on different people.  Who knows. Anyway hope this post was ok and relvent , I want to post again soon and probably  will adios DJ S2C ( stussy like the clothes )
