determine if you are suffering from the symptoms of depression. If you receive a depression diagnosis, you will already be on the road to recovery. You will have help creating an individual treatment plan that will eventually have you feeling more like your old self. Treatment can range from lifestyle changes, to psychotherapy, to depression medication.
